"To certify" is a term of French origin and means "to prove; convince; authenticate; verify". In terms of paperflow is used as "to issue a certificate", which is done by respective agencies.
"A certififcate" is an international term identical to Ukrainian "Посвідчення", Tatar "Таныклык" and Arabic "الشهادة".
«Halal» is a commonly used term and translated "lawful". It is commonly used within the same cotext with such words as "Islamic", "Muslim", ets.
It is used in accordance with the International Standard for Provision "Codex Alimentarius" CAC/GL 24-1997 "General Guidelines for Use ot the Term "Halal" ("lawful") these rules "...apply to the use of the term halal and equivalent terms in claims as defined in the General Standard for the Labelling of Prepackaged Foods and include its use in trade marks, brand names and business names".
